Eno interviewer view API call

Currently Eno API doesn't distinguish between CATI and CAPI mode, but it will soon be done.

Accordingly, Pogues must adapt and be able to call the API with the new values of the API endpoint.

Note: we will stick with one visualization option for interviewer view since there is no difference in Queen. In the future, we might provide two different options.

In Eno v2.3.10 and Eno-WS v1.5.0, CAPI & CATI modes are distinct. In consequence, the "Interviewer" generation option in Pogues is producing the CAPI version of the questionnaire (currently deployed in Pogues backend). :warning: It means that CATI-only objects won't be displayed. We need a dedicated CATI view ASAP (for ICT survey, questionnaire validation during the autumn).
