In a loop, `min/max` and `based on` fields should be exclusive

When creating a loop in Pogues, we should mark Minimum / Maximum and Based on fields exclusive:

Visually :

1. when one of the min / max fields has a value, the Based on field is deactivated (and the other way)
2. to use Based on again, mix / max fields shoud be reset.
