Management of heavily customed label

Some survey designer make use of custom label, sometimes with a lot of conditionals. We can have for example:

There are two consequences:

1. in the questionnaire structure view, the name of the question is clear but the label is not ; it might not be a problem though.
2. more importantly, when a question or a questionnaire is publish, in the sense of being made available in the metadata repository, we won't have a meaningful label for a question.

We may want to handle this issue when Pogues is fully linked to Insee metadata repository
