It seems the javadoc link to `CommandManager.Mutable` is not working.

Substituting the existing CookBook would be acceptable, as it's often out-of-date, but might lead to confusion. A new repo would be better. Some name suggestions: The Sideboard, Sink, SqueegeeFarm, Blotter,...

You are suggesting we should reproduce/rewrite the MC Wiki pages on serialization here? One of the docs guidelines is to minimise duplication, linking to external resources rather than reproducing them....

Is there more to the [Events page](https://docs.spongepowered.org/en/plugin/events.html?highlight=events) that you need us to add?

That PR has been closed, and the whole kaboodle was kicked into the too-hard basket of API 8. The only folk who know the present status of this are @ryantheleach...
