Scratchpad Toolbar

Add a toolbar to the Scratchpad feature. Allow users to change colour, prush, add a picture, and clear the screen.

Is there any progress on this feature?

A full-fledged screen sharing feature like the one on Jitsi-Meet wouldn't be possible without a helper program, right? Screen sharing as in letting either the caller or the callee view the other's desktop -- not so much as controlling the remote desktop (mouse + key events). I'm saying this because being able to "stream" the local desktop to the other party might make the Scratchpad Toolbar unnecessary.
