connection not getting closed

connection terminated on one end which the connection remained open on the other end.

If the call remains open after the other party has ended the call, then either the browser did not receive the BYE message, or it did, but the message failed, so either way please check the developer console for code errors, and also in the network connection tab for SIP messages (to ensure that the BYE is received.)

BYE is not received. How to resolve this issue?
