If the endpoint is not registered at the time of the call, this will be the message to the caller

This issue happens in the same network. Audio call is working but video call is throwing the error

You missed a call(Client Error) in the browser.

When it says "Client Error" its referring to the Browser Phone, there will be an error in the Developer Console. Please provide this error.
