Fix Scheduler instructions - the instructions to maintained the calendar are currently outdated and should be reviewed.

The Scheduler role points to https://github.com/InnerSourceCommons/foundation-governance/blob/master/how-to/access-isc-calendar.md for the instructions on how to maintain the calendar.

Those are not accurate, and should be updated.

@rrrutledge who do we need to align with about the instructions on how to get access to the Google Calendar we are using for the WG meeting?
