A case for Innersource/ISPO as an extension of an OSPO

My colleague and I are trying to wrangle InnerSource from the position of being in the OSPO. We may need to convince people that the two are related, or why OSPO is a good internal resource for managing Innersource (with perhaps an eventual formal ISPO down the road)

@kalixa7 are you thinking of working on this anytime soon or should we tuck it away for the future?

@rrrutledge Maybe tuck it away for the future. Currently going through some shifting priorities. I can always resurrect this one if I end up with a pptx on it.
