ispo-working-group What is an ISPO?

Why do you need an ISPO? What do you do with it? How is it structured? How does ISPO relate to OSPO? Where to organize it in the organization? Can we perhaps agree on an ISPO definition and its purpose?

When an ISPO is part of an OSPO, there isn't a true structure around ISPO.

Thanks for checking in! Yes, I need to block out some time to sit down and write. I saw in the recent meeting notes there was some discussion around InnerSource and ISPO playbooks so I hope this will be part of that.
