Define a template for a senior leadership oriented white paper
As an IPSO driver, I want to succinctly define the value of InnerSource to senior leader, to drive engagement within my company.
ACs
- An elevator pitch. (Why InnerSource)
- What is InnerSource in biz speak.
- A generic How with principles guidance.
Future ACs
- Extend with a global InnerSource model with Geo locations contributing to a headquarters.
Sounds much like the "golden pitchdeck" that was talked about a while ago. Might help others in a good way too.

One thing I remember in special is the suggestion to use terms that are familiar to the audience.
