Adopt FinOps Framework ideas for an ISPO practice

We could learn a lot from the FinOps Framework and how they've made it easy for people to spin up a FinOps practice.

e.g. clear framework, clear roles, phases, etc

Granted, FinOps practices are more concrete, but what they do is very similar in nature.

They work with Finance, Engineers, and Architects which are great partners for ISPOs as well.

It does.

I'd love to point to docs like this for stakeholders wondering what an ISPO does, people asking how they can help, and ISPO teammates.
