Transition from Travis page deploy to GitHub actions travis deploy.

Motivation

We currently deploy our website in this repo using Travis pushing to gh_pages. GitHub actions is now activated on this repo and works fine for such purposes, there likely is also a readymade action to deploy a Jekyll site integrating builds with our PR nicely.

Action

  • Change from Travis to GitHub Actions

#233 adds this and we need to switch over the rendered public website to the new branch.
