Hi, This PR is related to the enhancement feature I suggested in issue #64. I tried to add the CLI implementation too, but I'm not quite sure about the quality of my code there :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: The last commit fixes a strange issue I ran into, where the RateLimitInterceptor seems to leave the okhttpClient hanging once it throws a dns exception. cheers, mudar
