[Feature Request] Video support

Hi, I'm working on a wallpaper system that supports video. Right now I made a script for taking the first frame of the video and passing it through Matugen. I think that having this natively would be a great enhancement since a lot of people use mpvpaper and other live-wallpaper solutions. Just a suggestion.

@enessmr GIFs work, but having high-res live wallpapers as GIFs is resource hungry and most of the time they lack quality.

Unfortunately, yes youre correct. + most of the time theyre 10fps...
