Deleted items do not disappear until hitting refresh button

Hi, could you please provide following info:

  1. What OS are you on?
  2. What Camelot version are you using?
  3. Any steps to reproduce?

  1. Windows 10
  2. v0.3.0.0 SingleExe
  3. I confirmed this does not seem to affect files. It only affects directories. If I right-click and delete a directory, or delete using the keyboard delete key, it does not disappear. Once I hit the refresh button at the top, it then disappears. A log is created in the green checkbox pop-up window at the top after hitting delete and before hitting refresh. It says "Moved filename to" but nothing after "to".
