If removing English breaks the system, why is it an option?

FAQ starts with warning against removing the English support. If doing so breaks the system, why is it even an option?

I think that's no longer true since the introduction of System Integrity Protection (SIP), but I agree that it doesn't make a lot of sense to provide the option in the first place. Since the checks also add complexity, I'll just remove it in the next release.
