Not an issue: running on win11, mouse.

If you want to run this on win11, delete or rename dwminit.dll first. You'll be able tos ee your mouse as usual. Thanks to enderman for that tip.

실행 창이나 도스 창에서 `dwmctl start/stop`를 입력할 필요 없이 Ctrl+Shift+F9로 간단하게 켜져있으면 끄고, 꺼져있으면 켤(토글) 수 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다
