Private Tab button symbol looks same as that for a New tab

It keeps happening on and off that the hand held eye mask symbol becomes a simple 'plus', making the two buttons indistinguishable. This started for me sometime from around firefox 40.

Oh, shoot.. sorry, this is my first time using GitHub. The problem was that the script github-cloud.s3.amazonaws.com was being blocked. I'm attaching it here.

May be this is conflict with some another extension...

How do I figure that out? Do I have to try all permutations and combinations of all my 18 active extensions? And if it is?

First of all try on new Firefox profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles And if all fine, try to disable half of extensions on main profile, then thalf-of-half, etc. Most likely there is only one conflicted extension.
