how to add dhcp record with dhcp hostname

Hi Team ,

i could not find any rest call to create dhcp ghost record with dhcp hostname. We Generally use for kickstarting the host .

@igor-feoktistov will also need to add a dhcp services restart handler too, if you want these records activated after insertion. i'm looking for this too.
