Extend `HamiltonianSimulation` benchmark generate the 2D transverse ising field model

What is happening?

Right now Supermarq generates a Supermarq circuit for the transverse ising field model. Adding for 2D would allow us to benchmark utility experiments and prepare for practical quantum advantage

What are the current alternatives?

User has to manually create the bench-marking circuit
