FPS drops when using chat 2.

Open hyomaisurugi opened this issue 9 months ago • 6 comments

Since updating to v1.29.19.0, I am having trouble with extreme FPS drops during games, sometimes by 10% to 20%, and I am experiencing drawing delays and stuttering like phenomena in raids, etc. Hoping for an investigation and a fix as soon as possible. FPS did not change when other plug-ins were turned off. The only thing that changed was chat 2.

There hasn't been any changes to the UI or other parts that could explain FPS drops. Please go into the Database tab in the config and clear the database.

Thanks for looking into it. I've cleared the config database as you said, but that still doesn't change the situation. I honestly don't know what to do. https://gyazo.com/0cfadad8dbc025e4b0136355401ea721 Chat2 Used https://gyazo.com/19ca4f1a947b82939041c5478b0215ba Not used

Try "/xlstats" and activate the Draw Time tracking, and look how much time Chat2 needs to render, same can be done in the Framework tab to also see if its maybe is that

I tried it as you said. The following is a screenshot of it.

All of these numbers look completely fine, and shouldn't cost you any FPS at all ... Can you disable the option to write battle log into the database file?

Thanks for doing all the research. That option is always off. If you have any other settings to change besides that, I'd appreciate you letting me know.
