[Feature request] Add seperate opacity % when window is active state

I like the vanilla chat where it can have very low opacity but when u press enter or Hoover the mouse over it it then increases the opacity so you can see clearly the chat.

It would be cool to have a option to have 2 opacity groups:

• One for when its inactive
• One when you are active in it, either via mouse hoover or you press enter to start writing.

Use the "hide inactivity" option for this, adding another layer of complexity just for opacity isn't really anything i wanna do at this time
