Documentation inconsistency: conflicting security email addresses

I noticed an inconsistency in the documentation regarding the email address for reporting security issues.

In the Contributing docs (link):

"If the issue is related to security, please email us directly at [email protected]"

In the GitHub Security Policy (link):

"please get in touch via the e-mail address [email protected]"

Suggestion: Both locations should reference the same email address to avoid confusion, or both emails should be mentioned in both places with clear guidance on when to use each one.
