Ctrl+Enter in form should submit when all requirement are fulfilled

Feature description

In a form like the secret creation one, we should be able to CTRL+ENTER to create/submit the form/dialog box if all requirements (e.g. non-empty fields) are set.

Today, when the cursor is in the "value" textarea, ENTER only jumps line.. It works when cursor is in "Key" input box, but that's not really convenient

Why would it be useful?

It'll improve the web app UX for the ones that like to do everything by the keyboard
