[Feature request] Fast forward time modified by playback speed

When you fast forward or rewind, it always takes the same amount of video time, not real time. If you speed up a video, the time is too short (e.g. 3.333 seconds instead of 5 at 1.5x speed) and if you slow it down, the time is too long.

I would like the time to change directly with the playback speed to be consistent for the viewer.
