Describe the bug

Video did not minimise to pop-up player when the Minimize on App Switch is on "minimize to pop-up player", yet continue to play in background.

Frequency

Always (100% of the time)

Device

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra OneUI 7.0 Android 15

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Turn on "minimize to popup player"
2. Play any video but not in popup (full screen or not as long as not popup)
3. Go home / recent view
4. Video will not minimize to popup view.

Can't reproduce here on my devices. What happen when you click the pip button manually?

If I click the PIP button manually it minimizes to PIP view as expected.
