[Feature request] [5.0b2] Progress Indicator when updating any subscription list .

Feature Description

Have a progress indicator when updating a list, e.g. the All feed list for subscriptions. Currently only spinning circle isn't telling me when it's going to end, only that it is still updating.

The indicator is done by the notification - I forget to propose turning on it :(
