[Bug] Volume/Brightness gestures conflict with the swipe to seek gesture

Describe the bug

I have, on every occasion, accidentally triggered swipe to seek gesture when I just wanted to change the volume. Can this behaviour be modified?

Frequency

Always (100% of the time)

Device

Pixel 8 Pro

Steps to reproduce the bug

Enable all the gestures (it's on by default)

1. Play a video
2. Switch to fullscreen
3. Try to adjust the volume and note it requires a precise 90 degree swipe, anything else starts seeking the video.
