Duplicated settings for "NON TT Instructed Font" match

Please have a look at these files: 60-group-non-tt-fonts.conf 61-group-non-tt-rendering-inf-7-xp-lin.conf

As far as I understand first one (common file) should only contain list of fonts, but there are hinting settings at the end. Second file has those settings duplicated with different 'hintstyle'.
