"remove" button doesn't work

In options, the "remove" button doesn't work (remains disabled when selecting a host)

When clicking an entry, the browser console throws the following error:

22:22:29.531 TypeError: BarTabPreferences.whitelistEntrySelected is not a function1 preferences.xul:1:0
