Currently tg2sip is compiled againist pjproject 2.9

Software itself is crossplatform and ARM compatible, but you need to compile it for target platform yourself.

Не вижу никаких проблем с этим. Можно и скрипт написать, но надо с структурой данных хранилища разобраться сначала.

Лишние изменения из дифа не плохо бы убрать для начала. Именно в шаблон `WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN` кажется лишним. Собраться же можно и без этого дефайна. Кому надо станет - сам выставит. Зачем...
