[Feature] Clicking "how to add boutny" should list all online players

its a GUI! When clicking "How to create a bounty" it should open a GUI of all online player heads.

Click a head you could have a few options, open an anvil GUI with a pre-set price set in the config, then the player can amend the price they want to add/create a bounty on a player.

Cache the head skins.

Those "next" and "previous" arrows could easily all be on the bottom row of items with all the other items so that you open up 2 entire columns for heads in all your GUI's. (Second feature request)
