Selecting next/previous collection does not work on nordic keyboards using `⌘[` and `⌘]`

When trying to navigate to next/previous collection nothing happens when pressing ⌘[ and ⌘].

On a nordic keyboard [ and ] are located on the 8 and 9 key respectively, and activated with the ⌥ key.

PastePal's ⌘[ and ⌘] are bound to the physical keys where [ and ] are placed on a US keyboard, which means pressing ⌘Å and ⌘~ can be used to move between collections instead.

Binding the shortcut to the correct character regard of keyboard layout would fix the issue. And of they could be made configurable, that would be really nice.
