iOS Shortcut Clear Clipboard not Doing anything

So when using the iOS shortcut feature, the Clear Clipboard feature should wipe the system Clipboard content but it actually does nothing when the shortcut is ran. In app the "Clear System Clipboard" works as expected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to shortcut
2. Make sure you have something in system clipboard
3. Run the "Clear Clipboard"
4. You can still paste what was originally in your system clipboard, hence it does nothing

Expected behavior After running the shortcut, the content in system clipboard should have been gone
