Updates to Ghosh implementation

As discussed with @rich-wood in issue https://github.com/IndEcol/pymrio/issues/145, this PR changes the Ghosh-implementation:

  1. The matrix As is renamed to B
  2. B and G are transposed as compared to their earlier implementation
  3. Accordingly, the hard-coded data for the tests of calc_B and calc_G are also transposed
