Emissions per capita

Trying to get the emissions per capita using exio3.impacts.D_cba_cap. It returns nothing. I cannot find anything about this in the documents. Thanks for your help.

Population data is currently not implemented in the exiobase 3 parser, thus _cap is not avaialble. Would be great to get some help on that
