Suggestion - Business Owners have limited access to /job

I have read the README.md

Summary

I think that business owners should be given a limited access to the /job staff command that is only accessible to the company that they own because waiting for staff sometimes can take a while so this will streamline the process of getting new hires especially if you hire when no staff are around.

Basically it will just open the same panel that Staff have access to but you only can add the job that u are the owner for so like Kissaki Sushi Owner can give people the Kissaki Sushi Employee and Manager Role or even just the Employee role and there will be logs so the server staff can view what the owner does this also will give them a list of who has the job already so if they get a new roster they can just go through and remove anyone who has the job but doesnt work there.

You can make a ticket in your subdivision discord and staff can set your job remotely through the panel.

Well even that can take a while and I dont know how liked that is on atleast on the International Server purely because the staff have a lot to deal with

Well it's apart of their staff role, if they don't want to do it they won't reply to your ticket until someone does. It's a good idea but it will most likely be closed as staff can do it remotely

Yea and thats something that can easily be done but I just think letting a business owner manage that will be a lot better and they can see who has a job for their business that was removed from their roster that never got their job removed just because it was overlooked which isnt a big deal but just to help out the owner more or less so things get done quicker

There is plenty of ways for staff to handle job reports, they don't even need to be in the server. I don't want to give business owners access to the job command. This was suggested before in the past and i declined it there too for the same reason: abuse

not only is there a big chance for abuse, but it would also make managing jobs WAY more annoying and difficult since business owners could just change peoples jobs without informing staff leading to people having jobs they are not supposed to have (after being fired for example, etc). Also the current system works perfectly fine.
