I have read the README.md
Summary
It was recently fixed so that patients don't get charged whenever a paramedic is doing doctor duty, but as a result the Paramedic providing the rp doesn't get any money like it used to. I was hoping that we could revert to that script.
Another thing I've noticed is the difference in BCFD and EMS wages.
BCFD EMS Explorer - $70 EMT - $55 Recruit - $82 Paramedic - $70
Could we possibly match the wages so that EMS makes the same as BCFD?

Incentive for the rp being provided.
Explorer used to be Paramedic thats why they dont "align". They are the same, just BCFD doesn't have the "EMT" position basically. Regarding the doctor duty payout, i can add a small payment the doctor gets but i don't really want people to pay for it since that discourages people to go seek EMS
I don’t want patients to have to pay at all either. I want it to stay at it with it being free, and patients being fed, but with the small benefit of whoever is treating them getting a small pay. Just as how it was about 2 years ago when we heavily utilized doctor duty in pillbox.
2 years ago it would remove the amount of money the doctor received from the patients pockets. If the doctor got $50 for fixing an injury the patient was charged $50 aswell
Ohh ok understood. I was just hoping for some small incentive for Doctor duty as it used to, but whatever yall think works is ok too.
there have been further changes which should resolve this issue (doctor duty fix & small bonus for each checkin)
