Suggestion - 2nd Test Drive option for PDM

Summary
Add a 2nd test drive option. $8k down payment for a 30 minute rental of a fully upgraded PDM car. The dealer gets $750 and $7250 is held by PDM. Person returns the car before the 30 minutes, they get $7250 back. They don't return it when the 15 minutes elapses, they're out the full $8k and it breaks down and is unrepairable (to add work for tow job).
Reason
To add additional incentive to work PDM and provide a way for people to test drive the vehicle as intended (fully upgraded).
Having it perma-break will add additional potential towable vehicles for the tow job.
I like it, however would not make it despawn or break down randomly since that feels weird but could flag the car as stolen automatically maybe and you forfeit your deposit
Only concern would be that test driving becomes the preferred choice over purchase for job vehicles. If there's enough of a deterrent to that it works for me.
Forfeiting the deposit should always happen when the rental timer expires.
Other Ideas for potential deterrents (mix and match)
- Not being able to be garaged (obviously, just recording so it's remembered)
- Not able to be repaired or costs more to repair
- After the time expires it's reported stolen and a non-hackable tracker similar to boosting is triggered
Another alternative, limited Gas and it can't be extended. Such as setting it at around 50% or so, so it works similarly to the 20-30 minute timer. This would definitely mean, you can not refuel it for a bank or so and it "breaks down" after the timer is done, since you can't refuel it.
the fuel idea sounds nice, i really like the tracker idea too, that would definitely make it unusable for banks, etc
Hypothetically, the tracker could also show for tows if certain conditions are met. To cover if PD isn't on for cleanup.
