Summary
Intractable furniture is undoubtedly an amazing addition to a house. Over the period we have got Arcade, Water Cooler, Gumball Machine, TV in our furniture list, and I think most people use them in their house/apartment.
But nothing is enough! Therefore, I want to suggest some ideas for more intractable furniture.
Trash Bin
Just like we use trash bin on the outside, make the props in the furniture useable so that we can throw our trashes in it instead of placing randomly.
Boom Box
Include the Boombox UI in this prop, so it can be used to play music.
Stove/ Oven
The stove/ oven will work similarly to the Grill, but it won't require any Charcoal.
Photo Frame
A custom photo frame would have been a fantastic addition. We all want to showcase our photos in house, but there's no option to do it. You may use the TV to do it, but it doesn't look too good.
Adding a landscape and portrait photo frame, and including the TV functionalities in it, should do the work.
Also, if it's possible to save the last played photo in TV, it would be cool. So that we don't have to add the photos every time after a server restart.

Trash Bin
Instead of placing our trashes in the house, it's better to use an actual trash bin.
Boom box
We can keep the boombox item for the outside usage or in car. But inside the house, we can just utilize the furniture.
Stove/ Oven
Actually able to cook in the house would be a great addition. Using the grill inside the house isn't very practical. Also, the grill is supposed to be for the outside usage, for party or picnic.
Inside the house, you should have the gas supply, so charcoal isn't necessary. It will vastly improve the household roleplay and serving the guest by cooking yourself for real.
Photo Frame
Many of us might have wanted something like this for long. Changing the TV bezel with a photo frame will allow everyone to put their favorite photo in the wall. Also, I would request adding a vertical version of the TV to replicate a portrait photo frame.
All these additions will increase the value of a house and improve the household roleplay by a lot.
