[game/street_races] Adding the Ring Checkpoints to race making

The following chat is after the Cfx.re "StreetRaces - Multiplayer with checkpoints" was sent to me:

Sproutgiant — Today at 1:56 PM ok TY does this include the 'ring' checkpoints for parachuting and air races too?

Sproutgiant — Today at 1:59 PM so what do you think about having a business that in cludes the parachute course on your server? Did you play the original GTA V and do a parachute or airplane race? InZidiuZ — Today at 2:08 PM Yea I doubt it, and it doesn't sound like something that would be higher priority over all the things I have on my to-do list right now

InZidiuZ — Today at 2:11 PM I know @Hell of the devil worked on that script, so you could ask him. If not, then I would suggest creating an issue on the issue tracker
So in essence: I wanted to start a Parachute/air race Adventure competitions business for San Andreas Legacy but his only can be done if there are the checkpoint rings that were in the original race maker of GTA V. I made a few back in the 'day' and would like to do so in the legacy server -- it's a different idea that all of the other servers on FiveM (that I have seen so far) Do Not have. I feel we should be the first to have this. Can somebody help? :)
