San Andreas Highway Patrol tshirt, similar to the ones State Security, SASP, and BCSO has. Shirt ID 155.

Ideally black or navy (maybe both like BCSO?). Thank you!

Reason

Highway is unrepresented in the tshirt category. The t-shirts are also very popular, at least from the International server. Would be a nice option to have!
