[peds/*] EMS Vest Texture variant Suggestion

Summary: With EMS starting the TECC division we are looking at adding a texture to an already current vest. I am trying to see if we can get EMS, Paramedic or Medic written out on the nameplate. Would also like to see if there could be a female version of this vest as well.

Reason: I believe it would be a great addition to the city because EMS does not have any body armor labeled for them as such. EMS is sometimes called into active shooter situations and would like them to stick out from PD.
What is the TECC division? Just not sure I've heard of EMT's that wear body armor before. Seems like it's not very realistic but maybe it's something more international.
TECC is tactical emergency critical care. It is an actual certification for ems that i have. It is where ems responds to active situations such as active shooters stand by for active hostage situations. It also goes by rescue task force or tactical medic if you are from the states.
