Prelink support has been removed from glibc

Prelinking will no longer be supported, in the future, it seems.

Perhaps it would be wise to update (or just remove) the Prelink section on the wiki.

Prelink support is being removed from glibc and was already somewhat broken for a while... 
hmaccalc hard-depends on it (?). Removal in 30 days.
