When manually downloading APK from https://telegram.org/dl/android/apk it shows version number as 11.9.2, which is also the newest version shown in playstore.

@nalladev try adding Telegram app by manually pasting telegram.org link. It is working for me.

@nalladev I think Telegram app will be eventually be deleted from https://apps.obtainium.imranr.dev/ due to not being "complex to add".

Try the fix I proposed and let's wait for another contributor to give their opinion, if they are willing to allow Telegram in there, maybe I can create the PR.

Forgive me for the long link but, could you try this?

I exported the app setup as HTML link. Let me know if this works!

@nalladev

PD: almost forgot, try to connect from another Wi-Fi or use Mobile Data, switch networks.

This worked app was added. But unable to fetch updates getting the same error.

I tried visiting t.me links from my browser and I am not getting any response ex: https://t.me/durov. I tried changing network no use. But the link is accessible from a different device. I think my IP is blocked.

@nalladev I'm sad to read that, seems my suspicions were correct, maybe you can try Proton VPN app, it has a free tier, no logs policy and no need for account registration on Android, connect to any of the free servers and try to visit any of the URLs that might have blocked you.

That way we can confirm IP blockage or something else.

I used proton VPN and now everything is working as expected. Thank you for your help.
