RuStore app updates not detected

Describe the bug

I installed Alfa-Bank from RuStore (https://www.rustore.ru/catalog/app/ru.alfabank.mobile.android). Obtainium doesn't detect the version of the app released yesterday, even after reinstalling both that app and Obtainium. It thinks that the latest version is the one from five days ago.

After installing the newer version from the RuStore app, Obtainium offers to downgrade, and still doesn't want to download the newer version.

To Reproduce

1. Add the app. URL: https://www.rustore.ru/catalog/app/ru.alfabank.mobile.android, source: RuStore.
2. Check version of the app. The latest version published on RuStore so far is 12.35.03 (published at 2025-08-11), the latest version Obtainium detects is 12.34.04 (published at 2025-08-07).

Additional context So far, Alfa-Bank is the only app I've seen affected by this.
