[bug] it doesn't remember the app filters after re-opening the app

Describe the bug Obtainium doesn't seem to remember the app filters after re-opening the app.

To Reproduce

1. go to the "Apps" tab.
2. change a filter (e.g. disable "Up to Date Apps" filter)
3. close and re-open the app.
4. the filter will reset to default.
