import from URL list improvement

Would it be relatively simple to extend the already available function of importing from URL list to importing from a list of URLs from an html at a single URL? Just to tide us over?

Please forgive my late arrival to the party. I'm reading these 109 68 163 This could help immensely until more complex functionality is added?
