Feature request: DNS over HTTPS (DoH) support independent of system

Describe the feature

I would like to specify a different DNS server for Obtainium than rest of the system. For example FFUpdater has this feature.

Describe alternatives you've considered (if applicable)

• [x] Report false positive to system private DNS provider.
• [ ] Permanently use another DNS server

Additional context

I was getting name resolution errors for d-06.winudf.com when attempting to download from apkpure.net sources, because that domain appears to be widely blocked. I reported it as a false positive to DNS0.eu, but I thought that as the aforementioned FFUpdater has DoH support, I could at least ask here too.

I understand if this is out of scope for the project, at least there will be somewhere to link if someone else thinks or requests this in the future.
